All products sold on SimpleClean are for personal use only. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to orders that violate our policies or stock availability.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.

5. Shipping Policy

We ship across India using trusted courier partners. Orders are usually processed within 24–48 business hours. Delivery times may vary based on location and courier availability.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after shipment has been booked. If cancellation is requested within 2 hours of placing the order, and the order has not been shipped, we may consider the request. A restocking fee of 10% may apply for approved cancellations.

7. Returns and Refunds

We do not offer monetary refunds. In case of:

• Damaged or defective items,
• Wrong item delivered, or
• Non-availability of a product after order confirmation,
  
  

We will provide either a store credit or a replacement, subject to proper unboxing video proof within 2 days of receiving the product.
