Return & Refund Policy

At SimpleClean, we strive to deliver quality products and a reliable customer experience. However, if there is an issue with your order, please read the following Return & Refund Policy carefully:

General Policy

  • We do not offer refunds in most cases.
  • In eligible cases, we will issue a Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

If a customer specifically requests a monetary refund instead of store credit, and if the case is deemed valid, the admin may approve a refund to the original payment method. This will be done at our discretion.

Refund or Replacement Eligibility

You must record an unboxing video (from the moment you open the parcel) to claim for any of the following issues:

  • Item is damaged during transit
  • Item has a manufacturing defect
  • Wrong item received

⏳ Claims must be made within 2 days of receiving the parcel.
❗ Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process any claim.

Refunds or replacements will be decided fully or partially, depending on the nature and severity of the issue.

Order Not Shipped / Out of Stock

If we confirm your order but later find the product unavailable or out of stock, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
⏱️ Refunds in such cases may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.

Return Process

If a return is necessary due to a wrong item or damaged product:

  • We will try to arrange return pickup from our end.
  • If pickup is not available in your area, you may need to courier the item back to us at your expense.

📦 Please ensure the product is packed securely and in the original condition.
Once we receive and verify the returned product in proper condition, we will process a store credit or refund as applicable.

🔁 If you courier the item back, we will reimburse ₹50 per kg towards shipping charges. We recommend using India Post or any reliable courier service for returns.

No Returns On Sale Items

There will be no return or refund on items purchased during:

  • Mega Warehouse Clearance Sales
  • Any Promotional or Discounted Sale Events

Important Notes

  • Return and refund decisions will be based on SimpleClean’s discretion, in line with Government E-Commerce Guidelines, which may change periodically.
  • As part of our COVID-19 safety measures, returned products are not re-sold. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
