Shipping & Cancellation Policy

Domestic Shipping

We proudly offer shipping services across India.

  • Free Shipping on All Prepaid Orders.
    No additional charges apply for prepaid orders, regardless of order value.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
    • Minimum order value: ₹350
    • COD charges: ₹50 per kg
    • COD is not eligible for free shipping.

Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • We do not accept urgent or express delivery requests.

During high-volume periods (e.g. festive seasons), dispatch and delivery may take longer. We appreciate your patience.

If your PIN code is accessible only through India Speed Post, please mention this in the Notes section at checkout so we can arrange appropriate shipping.

Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take additional days.

We use reliable shipping partners including:

  • Delhivery
    India Post
    Other leading national courier companies
  • Bulky orders may be sent via surface shipping (by road), taking 7–10 days to deliver.
  • If you want faster shipping (by air), contact us in advance to request and confirm availability.

Please note that delays may occur due to:

  • Unreachable customer or incorrect contact details
  • Courier strikes or city-wide disruptions
  • Natural events like floods or earthquakes
  • Government actions or audits
  • Transit-related mishaps

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or shipped.
  • If you wish to cancel an order, it must be done within 2 hours of placing it and only if the order status is still “Pending.”

To cancel:

  1. Email us at simpleclean.prop@gmail.com with your Order Number
  2. Wait for confirmation. If we accept the cancellation, a 10% restocking fee (excluding shipping) will apply.

Once the order is processed, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

Customers agree to accept SimpleClean’s final decision on any cancellation request.
