Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer COD for orders above ₹350. However, a flat ₹50 per kg is charged for COD orders. All prepaid orders come with free shipping across India.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually shipped within 24–48 business hours.
Delivery timelines:
- Metro cities: 3–5 working days
Remote/Rural areas: 7–10 working days
If your address is only accessible via India Post, please mention it in the order notes.
How will I receive my tracking information?
Tracking details are shared with you via both WhatsApp and Email after dispatch.

What is your return policy?
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- Product damaged during transit
- Wrong item delivered
- Manufacturing defect
A mandatory unboxing video must be recorded and submitted within 2 days of delivery to be eligible for any claims.
Do you provide refunds?
In most valid cases, we issue store credit for future purchases. Refunds to the original payment method are possible only in rare and admin-approved cases.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it if it hasn’t been processed. Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee (excluding shipping charges).
What happens if I miss the delivery?
If the courier cannot deliver due to customer unavailability or refusal, we deduct shipping, packing, and a 5% transaction fee from any eligible store credit.
Are there any hidden charges?
No hidden charges. Prepaid orders have free shipping, while COD orders incur ₹50 per kg shipping fee.
Do you have a physical store?
No, SimpleClean is an online-only store. We are based in RS Puram, Coimbatore, but we do not operate a physical retail outlet.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
Take a clear unboxing video while opening the package and report it within 2 days. We’ll verify and offer a replacement or store credit based on the situation.
What is a store credit, and how do I use it?
Store credit is a balance issued for valid returns/refunds. You’ll receive a unique code or wallet amount, usable on future orders during checkout.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, within 1 hour of placing the order and only if it hasn’t been dispatched. Contact us immediately with your order ID to request the change.
Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes! Please contact us for bulk or wholesale pricing via WhatsApp or email. We’d love to help with your larger needs.
Are your products eco-friendly or sustainable?
We strive to offer minimalist, reusable, and high-quality items. While not all are certified eco-friendly, we focus on sustainable and low-waste products where possible.
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, manage returns, and receive exclusive offers.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Currently, gift wrapping is not available, but every order is carefully and safely packed to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
Do you run discounts or special offers?
Yes! Keep an eye on our website and social media for seasonal offers, flash sales, and discount codes. You can also subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
Why do I need to record an unboxing video?
To prevent fraud and protect genuine buyers, we require an unboxing video as proof in case of claims regarding damaged or incorrect products.
What if I forget to record an unboxing video?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims without a proper unboxing video. This policy ensures transparency and fairness for both our customers and our team.
